FUNAPP LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and the Amazing Puzzle – Jigsaw Puzzle Mobile App (Puzzle App) mobile application (the “Service”).

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Registration

3.1. At PUZZLE APP, user registration is simple. No user personal data required (no telephone numbers, emails, etc.) Access to the app is always anonymous. User identification proceeds through unique device ID.

However, registration also can be made via Facebook, Google+ or other social network, meaning you are authorizing us to access only to your social network public data.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. In no event shall PUZZLE APP or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in PUZZLE APP, even if PUZZLE APP or a PUZZLE APP’s authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Payments and subscriptions

5.1.Payments are charging in the form of periodical subscriptions of different periods.

5.2. Default subscriptions are auto-extending, but you can always change it, and you can unsubscribe in Market settings

5.4. We reserve the right to offer a free trial period for certain types of subscriptions

5.5 Subscription gives you full unlimited access to all premium functionality: full unlimited access to all pictures, 100% ads-free, new pictures regularly.

5.6 Subscription automatically renews. You can cancel it anytime. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

5.8 Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

5.9 Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

6. Limitations

6.0 User-generated content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

We do not allow the use of photos that are not you, photos containing nudity or prohibited items, or photos of underage children.

We regularly inspect pictures uploaded by users and permanently delete prohibited content as well as permanently block the users of such content.

Any behavior that could offend other users is unacceptable.

You can filer, report and block any user if their actions insult you or if you think that the user is using prohibited content or behaving in an unacceptable manner.

You can block and report by clicking the “!” button.

We regularly check all violation reports and user abuses on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

6.1. Restricted Content

Before posting a selfie, ask yourself if your picture is appropriate for the Store and compliant with local laws.

6.2. Sexually Explicit Content

We don’t allow pictures that contain or promote sexually explicit content, such as pornography. In general, we don’t allow content intended to be sexually gratifying.

Here are some examples of common violations:

• Depictions of sex acts or sexually suggestive poses.
• Promotional images of sex toys.
• Promoting sexually explicit user-generated content.
• Content that depicts, describes, or encourages bestiality.

6.3. Child Endangerment

We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse imagery. If we become aware of content with child sexual abuse imagery, we will report it to the appropriate authorities and delete account of those involved with the distribution.

We don’t allow materials that depict or facilitate gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities.

6.6. Hate Speech

We don’t allow users that advocate against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

6.7. Sensitive events

We don’t allow users that lack reasonable sensitivity towards or capitalize on a natural disaster, atrocity, conflict, death, or other tragic event.

6.8. Illegal Activities

We don’t allow users that facilitate or promote illegal activities.

Here are some examples of common violations:

• Facilitating the sale or purchase of illegal drugs or prescription drugs without a prescription.
• Depicting or encouraging the use or sale of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco by minors.
• Instructions for growing or manufacturing illegal drugs.

7.1. The materials appearing on PUZZLE APP‘s application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete or current. Company may make changes to the materials contained on its application at any time without notice. However, PUZZLE APP does not make any commitment to update the materials.

8.1. PUZZLE APP has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PUZZLE APP. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
