Amari Affirmation App – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Amari (“the App”), developed and operated by FUNAPP LTD, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: interactions with the App, screens you view, features you use, session length, and crash data.
  • Identifiers: app-specific identifiers provided by Apple (such as IDFV).
  • Purchase and subscription data: subscription type, status, and purchase receipts processed via Apple.

1.3. Analytics & Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party service providers (such as analytics, crash reporting, or cloud services) to help us:

  • understand how the App is used
  • improve functionality and performance
  • maintain stability and security

These providers may process anonymized or pseudonymized technical data. They are not allowed to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

The App does not require or intentionally collect:

  • biometric identifiers
  • precise location (GPS)
  • your contacts or address book

  • advertising identifiers (IDFA)

  • store your affirmations, notes, and mood history

  • manage subscriptions and verify purchases through Apple
  • detect and prevent fraud or technical issues

We do not sell your personal data.


3. How We Share Information

We may share information only in these limited cases:

  1. Service Providers With third-party providers that help us provide the App (e.g., analytics, cloud storage, crash reporting, payment verification). They are required to protect your information and use it only for our instructions.
  2. Legal Requirements If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  3. Business Transfers In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, your data may be transferred, subject to the same privacy protections.

We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers.

To request deletion of your data, please contact us by email at support@funappgame.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”.

In your request, please include enough information for us to identify your account or data, such as the email address associated with your account, if applicable.

After receiving your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or subscription-related purposes.

If you logged in to the App using a third-party service such as Facebook, you may also disconnect the App from your Facebook account through your Facebook settings. However, disconnecting the App from Facebook does not automatically delete data stored by us. To delete data stored by FUNAPP LTD, please send a deletion request to support@funappgame.com.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will remove it.


8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed outside of your country of residence, including in the European Union and other regions where our service providers are located.

We take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection in all locations.
